Eric Sippel currently runs his family office and is an active investor in and adviser to venture capital funds where he frequently serves on advisory boards and Investment
Committees. He has been investing with venture capital funds for more than 30 years. He is a member of the RAISE GLOBAL selection and steering committees and often speaks to emerging venture capital manager groups. Previously, Eric was the COO of Eastbourne Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund firm where he was in charge of the firm’s venture practice, and a Partner at Shartsis, Friese & Ginsburg, where he was a nationally recognized hedge fund and venture capital lawyer. Eric has served on many nonprofit boards, including most recently as Chair of SF Bay Area Goodwill.
