Hameed is a seasoned strategist and communication expert with over 20 years of experience across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Recently, as Special Adviser to Nigeria’s Minister of Finance & Coordinating Minister for the Economy (2023-2024), he supported critical economic reforms, including the Accelerated Stabilisation and Advancement Plan. Collaborating with private sector groups and multilateral organizations, he effectively communicated policy reforms locally and internationally, helping to build confidence, secure financial support from the World Bank, and attract investment into critical growth sectors.

At the 2024 World Economic Forum, he successfully positioned Nigeria’s economic agenda on the global stage, rebuilding confidence in the country’s economic stewardship. Hameed has driven impactful outcomes for notable international, regional, and local brands. Passionate about mentoring future leaders, he graduated from King’s College London and holds a certification in Design & Innovation from MIT Sloan.
